Lawyer's Coach
SERIES 1: EMPATHY
Series 1 of Lawyer's Coach was recorded over the first lockdown in the UK (April and May 2020). It perhaps then comes as no surprise that empathy was the theme that united all of our guests. From the need for empathy with employees, in the case of Jonathan Grigg; the use of empathy in service delivery, with Natalie Murray; and the possibilities for innovation with Nir Golan, empathy shone through as a must have.
The podcast Lawyer's Coach is sponsored by Client Talk and Hansard Coaching.
