Series 1 of Lawyer's Coach was recorded over lock-down in the UK (April and May 2020).  It perhaps then comes as no surprise that empathy was the the theme that united all of our guests. From the need for empathy with employees, in the case of Jonathan Grigg; the use of empathy in service delivery, with Natalie Murray; and the possibilities for innovation with Nir Golan, empathy shone through as a must have.
