Oliver is former City-lawyer, a Henley Business School qualified coach and focuses on working with lawyers, accountants, technologists, and entrepreneurs.
Oliver combines his coaching work with a small number of non-executive roles. Here, he blends his commercial experience with his coaching skills to enable leaders and leadership teams to make better decisions and thereby maximize their growth potential.

My Story
I have had a successful career as a business leader and corporate problem solver in the media, marketing and data industries. I have a legal background having qualified as a solicitor at City law firm Clifford Chance. I then spent 12 years at Tesco-owned data science company dunnhumby, initially as General Counsel and then as Corporate Development Director.
I am passionate about everyone making themselves the best they can be and believe coaching can be a key part of helping achieve this.
My wide-ranging corporate and commercial career enables me to support a variety of challenges and needs in a range of businesses. Particular areas of focus include leadership and leadership loneliness, growth mindset, moving from technical to management roles, motivation to change, and empathy.
My positive, empathetic, resolution-orientated approach is designed to help clients find their own solutions to their challenges with guidance and support.
